A REGISTERED MANAGER
Job Description
We are Currently looking for a registered Manager for our soon to be opened Residential children services/Home.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the services, must have thorough knowledge of regulations, legislation, and registration of services. You should be able to perform effectively under pressure. Must have previous management experience within a children’s home or service.
Main duties are ensuring that care and support is delivered to the highest standard in accordance with individual care and support plans, best professional practice with company and procedures regularly reviewed.
To oversee and have overall responsibility for referrals, carrying out assessments, admissions procedure and liaising with external agencies and families. To ensure that the service is always fully compliant with the relevant regulators (CQC or OFSTED).
Candidate should be passionate, flexible, and hard working. Manager will be responsible in organising staff, their rotas, recruitment, induction, training, supervision, and appraisals.
Job Type: Full time 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 Per Annum (Depending on experience and qualifications level).
