Justintime Group, Care is a highly regarded Healthcare Recruitment agency that offers comprehensive staffing solutions to Nursing, HCA, Carers RGN in Care Homes. We are currently seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to join our team.
The Role:
• Previous recruitment experience from the Healthcare sector is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A passion for recruitment
• Proven successful billings.
• A consistent stable track record in recruitment
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Time management and organisational skills
The Person:
• Confident, tenacious, and hard working
• Proven track record in a recruitment environment
• Target driven and money motivated.
• Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
• Extensive knowledge of the Healthcare recruitment industry including NHS job market and UK locum market

Experience:
• Healthcare Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
Salary: 28-30k OTE 60K
