KITCHEN MANAGER

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Manager to start on a Permanent contract and lead a Kitchen in high quality food preparation.

Duties:
* Ensure all dishes are prepared and served to company benchmark standards.
* Booking meeting rooms
* Ensure that you and the kitchen team are set for success on every shift, with 100% availa-bility for all menu items.
* Ensure that quality is monitored and consistently delivered through observation and tast-ing
* Ensure that a weekly kitchen stock take is carried out and be accountable for any discrep-ancies and variances.
* Preparing documents
* Ensure that food invoices are matched on F&B daily, and that daily/weekly orders are placed within the correct time frame
The Successful Candidate Must:
* Have a friendly manner
* Previous Kitchen experience is essential
* Be willing to be adaptable and help where needed
* Be well-presented, punctual, and concise with excellent attention to detail
* Have flexibility in hours and ability to work some weekends.
