Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Project Engineer to join their team based in Rotherham. With over 40 years’ experience as an engineering firm and now one of the North West’s leading & multi award winning Industrial companies, our client is looking to for the ideal candidate for a permanent contract. Qualified candidate will be working from office.
Responsibilities
• Planning what works needs to be done to ensure all deadline are made
• Working with the projects team with a particular long length project and manging time efficiently
• Making sure the projects are running on time and to budget of the business
• Dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary
• Making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits.
• Ensure projects are led and fulfilled from order to full production
• Main point of contact for designated blue-chip customers, ensuring liaisons to manage customer requirements and expectations including variations from original order
• Generating process manufacturing drawings
• To progress the manufacture of all parts required to schedule
• Involvement in quotation process
• Involvement in design process
• Ability to communicate effectively both within the company and with external blue-chip customers.
• Engineering and management background and experience
• Knowledge, skills, and experience
• Knowledge and experience of AutoCAD and ERP manufacturing systems.
