Justintime Resourcing part of the Justintime Group is a leading UK Recruitment agency that specializes in providing recruitment and training services to employers in the Healthcare, Technology, Manufacturing, Driving, and Logistics sectors.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an ambitious, experienced recruitment consultant to our team, at our Head office in Bradford. This Is a 360 -role focusing on generating new business, account management, and sourcing the best candidates.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To continuously deliver on and above individual financial targets.
  • To lead the sales process of clients from end to end including generating your own leads and closing the sale.
  • To identify and close high-volume opportunities including tenders.
  • To win and develop new business through a range of sales and marketing techniques.
  • To generate high-volume vacancies within our Industrial, and Logistics sectors.
  • To work collaboratively with the Service Delivery Team to ensure all the roles are filled with quality candidates and in a timely manner.
  • Account Management and ensure all revenue opportunities are maximized and service levels are maintained.
  • Source the best candidates to fill your clients’ requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Solid recruitment sales experience in any market sector or strong business development background within a similar industry.
  • A strong track record of winning and developing high-volume recruitment opportunities for temporary/permanent businesses.
  • Passionate about recruitment and delivering a high-quality service.
  • Interested in working in a friendly, energetic environment with a positive and collaborative mindset as well as being able to work independently and be supportive of colleagues.
  • A go-getter, full of confidence, creativity, tenacity, and strong ambition.
  • Full UK driving license required.
  • Have proven consistent overachievement of targets in at least 2- 3 years.
  • Possess the entrepreneurship and self-motivation required to achieve targets.
