TELESALES MARKETER

Full Job Description
We are looking for a driven new business developer to advance company sales by introducing potential clients to Justintime and nurturing relationships to increase our sales.

The job includes contacting potential new clients, identifying networking opportunities, nurturing ongoing relationships, and finding new customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media. Although we have targets, we are not a hard-sell company. We build our team to work in sync with each other and provide a great working environment.

The Role
You will be committed to helping the company grow. You will have fantastic communication skills and prioritise our clients and the service we provide.

• You will have previous telesales experience.
• Identify potential customers through networking and following leads.
• You will be a fast learner and developer
• Experience of CRM, preferably Hub Spot, would be an advantage
• Must be resilience and have bouncy back ability

Working Hours:
9am – 5.pm Monday to Friday
Basic salary before commission £20k (open to negotiation based on experience)
